Your deposit is fully refundable until we buy your item, or if the brand cancels or the item is unavailable. Once we have bought it, the deposit is not refundable if you cancel. Your quote stays valid until we tell you otherwise.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is PHP 500 to 1,000 per item depending on the item value. We confirm the exact deposit amount in your quote.

How long does it take?

Pre-orders usually take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive in the Philippines for US and UK brands. We keep you updated and notify you as soon as your parcel lands.

Which brands can I request?

Any brand! In addition to our featured roster (Gymshark, Alphalete, Oner Active, Darc Sport, YoungLA, Nike, Uppper, Dfyne, Breathedivinity, Lululemon, AYBL, Vuori, J.Lindeberg, Good Good Golf), you can paste a link to any international athletic brand.

Are all products 100% authentic?

Yes. Every item is guaranteed authentic and bought directly from the brand's official website.

How do I pay?

We accept GCash, BDO bank transfer, and BPI bank transfer for both your initial deposit and final balance.

What happens when my item arrives?

We message you on Instagram DM or email with a photo of your item, calculate your remaining balance plus local courier shipping, and dispatch the next day after final payment.

When do I pay the balance?

The balance plus shipping is due when your item has arrived in the Philippines, before we dispatch it.

Can I cancel?

Your deposit is 100% fully refundable before we make the purchase from the brand website. Once the item has been ordered and paid for with the source brand, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

What if an item goes out of stock?

If your size or colour sells out on the brand's site before we buy it, your deposit is refunded in full to your original payment channel.

Can I add pre-order items to an in-stock order?

No, pre-orders are separate from the in-stock items on our website. In-stock items are dispatched the next day, whereas pre-orders arrive in about 3 to 4 weeks.

How is shipping charged?

Shipping is charged after your item arrives in the Philippines, together with your final balance. We ship nationwide via J&T with tracking provided.
